About 5-6 blue screens over the past couple weeks, I usually use WhoCrashed to see what's up, and its pointed out hal.dll, and ntoskrnl.exe, atikmdag.sys (x3)

I've updated my graphics drivers several times (can't do it manually afaik, AMD catalyst does it on its own), reinstalled my .NET framework (also getting the gfxuiex.exe error), run scans with Sanitycheck, MBAM, S&D, Avast! etc

Literally tried everything as far as my IT knowledge goes..

I have attached the SF Diagnostic Tool files, my PC is about a year old, and I've just bought this graphics card about a month ago.

All bluescreens have occurred while watching a video/stream, none while playing CSGO/DS2/LOL/CIV5.. I've looked through a lot of these kinds of topics where the issue gets solved, and it seems like theres a lot of hoops I've got to jump through.

Thanks in advance, I could really use some help before I go and reformat as a last resort.
