several printing problems

when I go to print a document, sometimes the save window opens up and no matter what I do it will not print. Please help

2nd problem
I have a document save in a certain font size and when i try to print it the font increases by itself and its too big for the page

Hello quinch11 and welcome to the Forum. Check that you have the latest driver(s) installed and that your printer will work with Windows 7. Go to the manufacturer's website and look for a support or download link. That will usually get you to the driver section. You might also see if the website gives you a link for live chat, email etc with their tech support.
