recently while attempting to figure out why my 'volume shadow copy service' kept timing out during system restore point creation, I ran sfc to see if i maybe able to fix anything, there were some files that could not be repaired:

After restarting my computer I noticed that my LAN internet symbole had a red x on it. i hovered my mouse over and it says "internet access"
I tried using the internet and it works, but it's the slowest internet i've ever seen. Sometimes it fails to get to websites, it seems as if it is timing out from the server.

The Wifi internet for the other devices in my home seem to be working fine, so i tried using wifi on my system, and it works a tiny bit faster, but it shows the wifi symbol in the bottom right hand corner has no connection.

So i've determined it's definitely something wrong with my machine.

I hope that the sfc log below has the answers, and hopefully someone could provide a clean working copy of those files.
Thank you!

Those 2 are false corruptions, the files are not corrupt but report to be so. It is a known issue and happens due to KB3022345 and its successor KB3068708. You can uninstall both (if they are present) and hide them next time they are offered.

Restart the PC another time and see if it will be alright. Restart your modem/router too.
