SFC Log need help please.

Hello I have corrupted windows files i guess and SFC cant fix them all. I have the log I hope this can be useful, Thanks.

utc.app.json and telemetry are not corrupt, but register as being so. This is a known issue that you can disregard. Or simply uninstall KB3022345 and KB3068708. Hide them once they are re-offered in Windows Update.
