sfc /scannow show me that many files couldn't be repaired

the System Update Readiness Tool have fixed more errors and now don’t find any errors more !
But every time after running sfc /scannow show me on the end that many files couldn't be repaired.
On CBS.log following files are listening (I have another window system and can get any files) but where I have to put all this files on corrupted system?

Make sure you follow the suggestions in the blue Note box under Option Two, Step 4 in this tutorial.

You might have to run the System File Checker scan 3 or more times. If still no joy, and if you have a Windows 7 installation disk, this tutorial will show how to extract fresh files to replace damaged or corrupt files.

How many times is "every time" because I'm not a mind reader.

Did you reboot your computer after each scan?

If you ran the SFC more than 3 times did you look at the tutorial to extract files?

up to 30 times with a lot of system restarts.

Some people are reporting problems after installing the recent Optional updates.
Take a look at this thread:

There is a SFCfix.exe in the article that might fix your issue, if you want to try it.

I had SFC and DISM problems after installing the recent Optional updates in Win 8.1
I restored a System Backup Image and that fixed my problems.
I have not reinstalled most of the recent Optional updates again.
I'm waiting to see if there is something from MS to fix the problems.

Sorry but I'm suspicious in terms foreign tolls like SFCfix.exe etc. I have Win7 32-bit Ultimate. If this were an open source (as a script), then of course I wouldn’t worry and would tray.

A solution how to repair manually such corrupted system would be optimal for me.
There are very few files and I'm only not sure where to put the new files on the corrupted system and to execute SFC /scannow again.

I understand about being suspicious of an unknown program, i am too.

These are the 2 updates I've read about that seem to be causing issues KB3022345 and KB3048043, but there might be more.
If you have either of these installed, you could try uninstalling the update(s) and see if that fixes the problem.
To me it seems like more people have this problem with Win 8.1.
I restored a backup image from before installing about 30 recent updates from Win 8.1, and that fixed my problem.

thanks, but I had vary bad experience with inplace uprades on Vista - after many hours windows abort the installation on the END and crash completely. I don't wont to try again and wont only to learn how to repair manually - only to overwrite corrupted fails and to tray SFC /scannow again - not more. Is it complicate to do it and why not ???

You have to read what every single update is about now, if I don`t think I need it I don`t install it. I basically only install MSE virus definition updates anymore
