Solved shadow copy

Every time i try to back up it comes up with this error 0x81000019 This is becoming a pain ..I got to say that i've tried all the helps people have posted with no luck some help please...

hi mike thanx for the help but the only lang. on the list is english... my VSS and SPP are both started...still no go.. also i have 915gigs of space , for 450gigs of back up.. I'm trying to back up on a external drive through usb...

I had so many problems with Windows backup, I stopped using it.

I use this, ( the free version on my personal machines);

Free Hard Disk Copy and Backup Freeware for PC & Server. Clone hard drive. Disk clone, disk backup, disk image and partition copy software.

No problems since.
