This might sound very stupid, but to me it looks like if you had keyboard issues, a partly stuck key or something like that. When trying to reproduce your issue, I get almost similar behavior when constantly pressing ESC key and trying to open menus / folders / drop down lists at the same time.

Don't laugh, this is the best I could think of now

Guys, i fixed it, i formated my PC, or cleaned the discs, that Jonathan_King helped me alot, THANK YOU....
