Share ADSL internet

hi
I want to share my ADSL internet connection with another pc. I have Asus am602 modem with 2 port (usb and lan). All PC have LAN card, use windows7 32bit and connect with cross line.
I can share file and printer but i can`t share internet.
plz guide me, THX

Firstly thx for your attention severedsolo
That tutorial was useful and I did it before but other PC can`t access to internet (it say: unidentified network, no internet access).
I connect modem USB port to PC A so it can use internet over ADSL and i connect cross cable to lan port of each PC so Two PC are in homenetwork, but PC B has no access to internet.

Can you please open command prompt and type "ipconfig /all" (no quotes) and post back the results of both machines while their set up please?

Im fairly sure I know whats wrong. I think the gateway is configured incorrectly, but need the ipconfig to be sure.

If so have you tried connecting both computers to it at the same time; one via Ethernet and the other via USB,



be a lot easier if it works than trying to get ICS working (that and easier on the PC that is set up as the relay, less system resources needed).
