Shared permissions using Office 365

Corporate help desk can't find a solution. Within Office 365 calendars, Some executives I have delegation authority over, automatically invites me, uninvited, notices of meetings rescheduled.



Looked on the Microsoft 365 website, no help. I'm thinking it's something on the server side of things, But still any ideas on what needs to be changed and where to look for it?
