I don't know if i'm posting in the correct group. Bot network and sharing are issues so I guess I can't be verry wrong.

I've a netbook (win7 starter) and want to print on a printer (canon ip4600) attatched to an Vista computer. The printer is installed on the netbook and it does work, but only one user (me :)) can print. All other users logged in on the netbook can't. The printer does not resond:mad:.

Filesharing to a nas and to the VistaPC works fine for all users.

The printer is installed (logged in as me) on a local port (\\VistapPC\CannonPrinter) I installed the latest drivers from the Cannon website

Even after removing the printer and reinstalling (logged in as son) has no effect. Only user "me" can use the printer.

All my computers are connected to a homenetwork (Dlink Dir-635). The VistaPC wicht has the printer connected has a wired connection.

Can anyone help me so my son can print too?

The printerdriver shout be compatibel with both Vista and Win7 (according to Cannon). I tried to print with firewall and antivirus off (both computers). Still can print with user me, but other users can't print. Just an error in the printerque.
