I am new here, but probably this was asked before. I started getting a window when I try to open attachments in email. It states : shell32.dll OPENAS_RUNDLL. What is this about and how do I correct. Thanks.

I don't know how to help you but someone will come along. Just wanted to mention that it could be a attachment you don't want to open unless you are very very sure of what it is and who sent it to you. Many bad things come from attachment at times.
Can you right click on the attachment and scan with your security programs?
