Hi everybody. I was wondering if there was a way to open the 'Color Scheme' dialog box seen on Windows 7 Starter on other editions of Windows 7 (Home Premium, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate). If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's what it looks like:
I already know I can use the 'Personalize' window (you know, this one) but I would like to have access to this setting in addition to the default Personalize that's normally used. Any sort of help would be great. Thanks in advance.

My primary laptop has Windows 10 on it, and my shared desktop (which is actually a laptop being used as a desktop) has Windows 7 Professional on it. I still use both, but I would say I use my laptop a bit more now.
I'm not trying to create a shortcut to the Window Color and Appearance. This is what that dialog looks like:
And here is what the Color Scheme dialog (the one I'm trying to create a shortcut for) looks like:
The Window Color and Appearance dialog lets you change different colors of windows. The Color Scheme dialog would let you switch visual styles and classic color schemes (which can easily be imported from Windows XP) without changing the actual theme.
