SHortcut interference in Windows 7

Hi everyone, i have encountered a very annoying issue recently. I'm a graphic designer and shortcut lover, recently for some reason one of the most common Adobe shortcuts - ctrl+alt+shift+s - made my komputer swith off...ehhhh?!!
I'm not sure what happened there, but if anyone of you know how to change native windows shortcuts or manage them, please let me know. I've searched for solution everywhere, software like hotKeyBind isn't working, please help!!

Welcome to Seven Forums kidd900. Does the combination shut down the PC every time? It isn't a native windows shortcut combination, so it's not clear why it is shutting down your PC. Is this a combination you have been using on your Windows 7 PC, that suddenly started shutting it off, or are you new to Windows 7 and encountered this on Windows 7 only?
