Shortcut overlay problem

The lock refers to the sharing permissions. Right-click on it, select Properties, go to the Sharing tab, and see if all the settings are what you want them to be.

The lock icon means not all users can access the folder. It may not be the current user but another user set on the computer.

In order to remove the lock icon, we can add "Authenticated Users" or "Everyone" to Security tab:

1. Right click on the folder, choose Properties.
2. On Security tab, click Edit --- Add, input "Everyone" or "Authenticated Users" to the list. Give it Full Control permission and click OK.

The AVG folder should be in C:\program files\AVG Technologies

You shouldn't be having to make changes to the permissions on a shortcut. This signals some deeper issue somewhere.
