Shortcuts opening with program

When i openned a pdf file, all the icons of my shortcuts on my background suddenly changed to the icon like a pdf file.
When clicking on a shortcut with a similar icon, windows tries to open it in adobe reader instead of opening the program behind the link.

When i restarted my pc, all the icons changed again in another icon, but this time from another program.

anyone having same problems?
how can i solve it, so i can use my shortcuts correctly instead of it's opening a program?
