I would let whatever Windows 7 defaults the settings to. Typically the OS seems to get it right.

For the average user, Windows Seven will work best with its default settings. It is vastly different from XP and Vista in this regard.

You're talking about an old "XP Pro" registry tweak...

I wouldn't bother doing it...on a win 7
Unless you're in a very particular condition in a corporation, you shouldn't enable this.
