Actually I think that you don't need that 2 versions. If you aren't using IE,that don't install IE one. I also got notification for installing both,but I install only Non IE.

The Flash download site has two versions available. One for IE and one for non-IE browsers. If you have Firefox, etc installed then you'd want the non-IE update.
