Should I run Ccleaner, if my browsers are slow? I have an AMD processor. But, my internet browser seems slow and choppy while browsing the web. I use IE 11, Google Chrome, and AOL Desktop.

IE 11 and AOL Desktop are the ones that seem to be slow, laggy, and choppy.

I don't think this is a internet connection issue. I think it's something else. But, here is my Speedtest results. It doesn't seem this choppy on my sisters' laptop which is the same computer, but a different processor. However, it does seem a little laggy and choppy on my mom's Windows 8.1 desktop.

Yes...But, not as bad as it usually is. When I get on the internet on my Laptop, I go to Bing.com, MSN.com, I check my Outlook/Hotmail on IE 11. The same goes for Chrome, except I go to iCloud.com on it. So, those are the sites I mostly go to on my laptop.
