My cat, Data, used to either start walking on me, licking my face or got on top of a dresser and pushed stuff off to wake me up.

Our cats knock things off the cupboard but we're usually awake, if we're asleep Sooty tends to walk over you and he weighs a ton, he's a big cat and when he jumps on you, you know it.

Data was small but I knew if he jumped on the right wrong bad place.

My cat Helen has learned where my bladder is and adjoining parts.
It will wake me up.

Here's Willow in another of her favourite places, she likes to go up there and keep a look out of the door to see what's going on, although she's asleep at the moment.
