I fitted the cables, it looks a lot nicer. :)

One shot of before and a couple of after.

Looks better and make the case tidy!!:D

For the Front Panel IO connections i've used those Phobya 300mm Front Panel Cable Extension Kit : Black

Nzxt do their own aswell: NZXT CB-FPAN-SET cable interface/gender adapter.

Phobya was a little cheaper and looks very similar!

Thanks Guys :)

Thanks NoN, those look great, it should not be too long until I get my new case (NZXT 810) I am not too sure what the front panel cables are like that come with it, so I may hold off until then.

Do they do the front USB extensions?

I use the front panel extensions and they have a very clean look and are handy as a shirt pocket.

Well, on the Switch 810 it will surely be the right length, but they might come unbraided...if it does looks a bit strange along the Nzxt ones, why not!

Phobya does some front Usb extensions but they're extra long ones (90cm/100cm) and the only 30cm one they do have, are not sleeved individually!!

I took one from BitFenix 30cm Internal USB Extension Cable - Sleeved Black/Black

Thanks NoN, those BitFenix look great.

Paul, i've braided myself the USB 2.0 Headers on some of mine, but one stayed unbraided because it was hidden at the bottom of the case, so took bitfenix only for the top of my case, near the 24 ATX Nzxt (see screenshot)

The Bitfenix extensions are really nice as well. If I had seen them first, I probably would have went with them. I've seen them in person and they are just as good as the NZXT or better. Their braided sleeving is really nice.

Yes they're sleeved in a smoother material, but it comes with the double of the price, so if you want the all set...it might add quite a few !:)

It's all good fun, and modding and upgrading PC's is a lot cheaper than my last hobby (Cars), I spent quite a few 1000 getting a car to 400bhp a few years back, it was fun to drive but the running costs were quite heavy.

Then my first Daughter was born, I had to ditch the car as we needed baby stuff

Then I got into PC's instead.

Nice story!

I lost my driving license in june 2006...never get back since (i'm damn MOPED now!) and economized 1000 and 1000euros.

I far prefer my rig now and bad luck for the fines!!!!!:D

Ugh, cars will break a fella. My first engine build when I was 15 was several times what I have in this computer.....and it went through a few "upgrades" in it's lifetime. Nothing fun is cheap :(

The Air 540 is certainly an interesting looking case Ryan, I found this review for you, you may have already seen it, but it gives a few good pictures of it.
