Tommy, I think what he wanted is when you open 4.0. the second option is preset. Yours probably says custom, set it to extreme. You will have no other options with the preset. Plus, your score will go higher probably.

1600x900 with extreme. windowed mode so only one gpu (and my HP ZR30w wont go full screen at this res... or i dont know how to)

And valley benchmark at 2560x1600 2x7970s @ 1125/1575. watercooled using aquacomputer full blocks.

jmallamo, Very nice scores. The preset will only play in windowed mode, or I'm like you and don't know how to make it play full screen. I wasn't aware that it would only use one card. Nice scores anyway.

Thanks - they're just okay. Switching to Ultra at full res cut the FPS in half. I'm still using Cat 12.11b11. 13.1 give me an audio driver issue that I have not been able to reslove, same with the new beta.

i do think AMD does not deal with occulsion and othrer effects very well. Maybe they will release a profile for these benches?

It's strange you mentioned that. I've been having an audio problem too in the past 2 days. I just never connected it to the Heaven tests.

I think it's the AMD driver package, not the Unigene products.

Thank you for running it in 1600x900. I wanted to see what's the difference between your 7970s and my 7850s.
Only 300 pts. difference? I think you need to upgrade to two 7990s (if they ever come out)!

Thanks Steve, that's what I wanted, but I'm glad he didn't run the windowed mode. If he did CF would not have kicked in and I wanted to see the differences between the two CF rigs.

honestly could be a host of reasons this is brand new so still might have bugs to be worked out

The old one won't either. I think they just read the Cupid ID of the CPU and give the rated speed of that CPU.

I notice only Intel behaves this way sometimes the HDgraphics will show in place of the main card

you should re-try the 13.1 WHQL, they fixed some bugs..
when I installed the second time, it actually installed the necessary audio update as well..
