There's plenty of room between the cards mate, It's just the coolers on these cards are crap. I thought about repasting them but doubt it would make a difference as every comment i've seen online about these card's to moan about the cooler's performance. They're compared to stock EVGA cooler's which apparantly do a slightly better job.
I've switched the direction of my H100i as the heat from the cards was going through the rad hindering the cpu cooling. There's also a 200 mm Bitfenix Spectre Pro @70% blowing straight at them. I may try it as exhaust and see if it helps.
Currently i have the H100i pushing air from outside through the rad, Rear 120 mm exhaust, x2 Stock Corsair 120's front intake and 200 Bitfenix intake.
I'll also add the bottom 120 back in as intake.
