Solved show wrong size of a file in properties

hi guys..
is there a program or a way to change the size of a file?i mean for example i have a music with 4mb and i want to when anyone watch the propertise of this song , it shows 10mb to him???

Filesize changes when you change the filetype. E.g. MP3 is a lot smaller than WAV.

Muiacir, what would be the reason that you would want the file size to show
larger?
you could just concatonate a 6 meg dummy file to the end with the /b option
and it would then really be 10megs in size.

thank you my friend...it is not my question exactlly it is my friends question and i do not know what is his reason...

i use this cmd command:
copy/b
and it works.thanks all
