Hello and welcome Ahmad am a bit confused by what you mean by the CPU button?? If you mean the power button for the machine you should not shut down the machine with it unless you really have to.
Using the shut down via the Windows shut down will take some time to shut down the machine if it does not shut down then something is wrong.

If the latter is the case run these

Yes, I mean power button. I waited for long time but still the problem persists.
I am going to try placing command on cmd but I have doubt some installed program is preventing the shut down because when I installed fresh copy of windows there was no problem but after installing hardware software and other applications the problem started to appear.
So, I think you should recommend the program that stops interference of any programs during the shut down.

Hi ahmadali06
I had to laugh, because we can't see your computer from here, and we have no idea what programs you have installed. You have to recommend the program that interferes with the PC shutting down!

This can be a problem caused because one of the programs that you have running on the PC when you go to shut down will not close. If you have manually closed all of the open programs then it could be a program that starts and runs automatically.

Normally when this happens there is a screen that appears during shutdown that says that Windows is waiting for the following programs to close. Do you see anything like that before the screen goes dark?

If you can't recall which program you installed just before the problem started then you can try and identify the offending program by manually closing them one at a time. Look at the icons in your taskbar - particularly the right side. Try right clicking on these and closing them manually and then try to shut down.
Start with your anti-virus.

See if that yields any clues.

Your awesome for reading this.
Well Ahmad I know it is a pain but maybe you need to reinstall, and vet all the programs you did put on if like you say the problem started when you added stuff to the install.
