Shutdown / Restart = BSOD (Resolved)

Hi Guys,

I recently installed Windows 7 (Sunday) and got it all working, installed all my programs & made sure everything was working, I restarted my PC last night & it BSOD'd for no reason at all, I didnt install or change anything yesterday as all I did was turn it on, play a game and then turn it off again.

I have recently realised that it BSOD's when I hit shutdown or restart but windows error reporting can't find a solution so I have come to you guys for one :)

Attached is the dump from "minidump" in C:\Windows\

I look forward to seeing what you have to say :)

Thanks in advanced,
Daniel

Thanks guys, I uninstalled my network driver, my hard drives and my video driver & let windows 7 reinstall the drivers for them (except for my graphics card) and it now shuts down / restarts perfectly!

Thanks again!
Daniel

Hi Daniel and welcome

This one is pretty evident. Probably caused by hardware. You can use these to help find the exact cause.http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-2-int-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html
I do note that the drivers below are over 2 years old and must be updated.
other things I would do
run a system file check sfc /scannow
download and run memtestx86
If you are overclocking STOP
if you haved a raid update its driver

If you get another crash upload the dmo so we can help you narrow the focus
