Solved Shutdowned computer boots up during night

Hello,
my computer even when shut down boots up during night. Any help to prevent it?

Turn the power switch off on the power supply or at the wall.

Are you sure the PC is shutdown and not sleeping or hibernating? Considering the power switch needs to physically make contact to power up that sounds strange.

In BIOS, I found the "S5 Maximum Power saving", turned it "Disabled",
and now my computer should always require pushing the power-button to
start it -no wake-ups any more from any source.

A faulty switch or connector on the computer case/tower can cause this problem.
All the switch does is for a split second short the motherboard to ground at that connector/circuit.
It doesn't take much. A little crud or corrosion can cause problems.
