Hello,
Whenever I attempt to run files such as
MSCONFIG.exe
RSTRUI.EXE (system restore)
I get a
C:\Windows\system32\returi.exe
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
they are both in the system32 folder, maybe something regarding pathways or something. I have no idea.
Ive been digging for a bit, attempted to reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ but did not work.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate (x64)
