Side-by-Side error on almost everything

Side-by-Side is incorrect on many programs.

Hello all.

After getting little to no help on bleepingcomputer about this issue I've decided to meander over here and try this forum to see if I can get assistance on this strange error.

First, let me be helpful in what I have done rather than what I haven't done.

I have installed every single 64x update, variant, upgrade to Microsoft .NET Redistributes known to the general public, which have not worked. I have installed every single update, variant, upgrade to Microsoft C++ Redistribute known to the general public. The problem still persists.

Attached I have my SxStrace log.

I am running a custom build of Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and I've been having this issue for just over two months. It's fairly annoying, and cutting into my efforts for my online schooling as my Visual Basic 2010 program won't run either among the affected programs.

Namely hoping to get this fixed so I can use blue.dll so my EVE Online account can be played.

I have decided to upload a list of what Redistributables I have downloaded. I hope it helps.

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 which will normally reveal the problem by the time they are all done.
