Hi Guys

I need some help quikly please, I have GIF Image of a signature along with the HTML copy. I know i need to insert these into the right Outlook directory on the HDD before i can run through the relevant procedures in Outlook. But this does not seem to be working because when I am in Outlook and i go into the folder just choosing the GIF Image does not populate the correct dimensions, so the signature is not in proportion.

I seem to be missing something somewhere??

Can anyone help ???

Thanks

Hi, RobRuss055! :)

You should be able to place the image, or HTML, anywhere on your computer and browse to it in order to insert it in your sig. If it's not sizing correctly, the actual size of the sig may need to be adjusted via an image editor.

What version of Outlook are you using?

Hi Mikedl

I am using Outlook 07, If i try inserting the HTML, Outlook tries to convert the file, by firstly providing me with a list of options, none of which work.
