Solved Signatures?

So, I noticed in the User CP, it says the maximum upload size for a signature is 650 x 100, but I've noticed some people have signatures that are larger. I'm curious as to whether the size policy is strictly enforced, or if it's fairly lenient? Also, I uploaded an image for my signature, but it's not showing up. Is there a reason for this?

EDIT: I just noticed the picture showing up. I'm still curious as to size restrictions, though.

Higher usergroups are allowed larger signatures.

Oh, okay. Thanks for letting me know. I wasn't sure. It's no big deal either way.
