I downlaoded RT 7 Lite (windows 7 equivalent to vLite) and there is an option to intergrate programs into the installation. It says it needs to be silent installers though.

Can i turn any program installer to a silent installer, or take my installed programs, and make a silent installer out of them? Or where can I downlaod them?

I ran into a few guides for how to go about creating the response file needed for each program you would try this out with. Note that silent installs mean nothing as far as progress and messages are seen during the full install of the intended program.

There are also "unintended silent installs" that lack any user intervention. Unattended, A Windows deployment system: Unattended/Silent Installation Switches for Windows Apps is one reference for this.

Most indicate a command line entry for seeing this done. The specific entries vary between different programs making this a bit involved but should still see results if performed correctly. You just to need to know the specifics for each program. I have to caution about trying too much at once however where it gets too complicated.

I'm using great tool called Silent install builder. You can build the silent install package that contains multiple software.
