Would Black Ops run on:
Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family?
I am asking because I am about to buy black ops (I know i am really late because
modern warfare 3 is going to come out) but I might also but MW3 please reply

All the modern warfare games require a nvidia or ATI card so far as I know.
Minimum System Requirements:
CPU:Intel® Core™2 Duo E6600 or AMD Phenom™ X3 8750 or better
RAM:2GB
VGA:Shader 3.0 or better 256MB NVIDIA® GeForce® 8600GT / ATI Radeon® X1950Pro or better
DX:DirectX 9.0c

System Requirements - MainHDD:12GB
Sound:DirectX 9.0c-compatible

Intel makes fine CPU's but they totally fail at making GPU's.

W/o the full PC specs is just a speculation, hit or miss so to speak... I am going to venture out and say that if you can, it will be barely and with minimum specs.
