Sims 3 stuck in Control Panel

I have Sims 1, 3, and 4 in my computer. I have tried to uninstall Sims 1 and 3, however they won't do that. So I did a backup to before I had those games in....now they are no longer "games" they are in there as some kind of file. The icons look like this instead of the ordinary icons like The Sims 4...Anyone know what this is and how to get rid of them.??.

Hi .. Looks like you have used some Program to clean your Registry ? ...


Look in Programs and Features .. See what Programs are listed there ..


I also would suggest you do a System Scan ...
