Skinning Se7en | custom Basic Taskbar

Here’s something for those, who are stuck with the Basic skin, and don’t like the default Taskbar appearance...

...but would rather have it look different:

Unfortunately, the Basic Taskbar appearance can't be changed thru settings, but requires you to alter the image files it's based on.
This said, as the images are only a few pixels big, it's not difficult at all.

Hopes Dashed: Windows 7 Too Late For Me?

I know I may get some heat for this but I will go along anyway. According to softpedia, it is more than likely for Windows 7 to be released in September or October, not right now. I am therefore requesting everyone's help to find a WindowBlinds 6 skin or WindowBlinds 6 compatible skin to use until 7 comes out. I would even appreciate more than one if possible. Many would be great, as much as possible! By the way, I am using "Vista Ultimate."

you'll have better luck looking around at customize.org or deviantart. i can't imagine that anyone here is trying to make their vista install look like windows 7 when we all have the real thing installed already...

Seven Seriosity

I can run Windows 7 Beta as my system specs can support it. I don't want to do any major upgrades and when Windows 7 beta expires I have to worry about going back to Vista or buying 7 ASAP. I don't want to do that. That is why I would prefer a skin that looks like Win 7 the most. Can't bother to wait. So if anyone knows where to get a WindowBlinds skin for Windows 7 I would be glad. I don't want WindowBlinds 7 so let's be clear! WindowBlinds 6 is what I am working with.
