Sleep but shuts down

Hello,
When I click sleep the pc shuts down instead of sleeping and when the pc wakes up there is no internet and network access and I am tired of disable and enable the connections.

What to do?

Power

Could be several things. Look in your bios to see what the power is set up as. It could be set for S3 only.
