Hi all,

2 days ago my Windows 7 sleep option suddenly disabled, tried to update to the newest video card driver but still couldn't fix it. Does anyone here know how to fix this? Please see picture below.

Do you have Sleep enabled and set to desired timeout at Control Panel>Power Options?

If so then see if you have a System Restore point before the problem arose, revert to it and then set a new Restore point entitled Sleep and capture a Win7 backup image so you can restore it if this happens again and the Restore point goes away: Backup Complete Computer - Create an Image Backup

Additional troubleshooting steps: Sleep Mode Problems - Vista Forums

You can also find out what might be blocking sleep by running Sleep query command

Still unable to find out what disabled the sleep option on my computer. Any other suggestion?

What happens if you System Restore to before the problem happened?

Please report results for the steps you've already been given.
