Slim down Windows 7 post-install?

Are there any methods that I can slim down a Windows 7 installation after it has already been installed. vLite has not been very friendly on my desktop x64 install, so I cannot create a slimstreamed ISO.

The only way i know to slim down windows after install is Control Panel\Programs and Features, you can even uninstall IE.
