I tried using this software as a tool for detecting any outdated drivers in this computer. It can download the drivers just fine, but after looking at the directX diagnostic tool > display, there you'll see a driver that has a date of 1/1/2000 which is way outdated if the driver really is of that time. Hope this is just a graphic glitch and the content isn't. .

I don't think it's just a graphic glitch. It really does download and install an outdated driver, at least for the video card that is. I'm not sure about the rest. But after re-installing the driver for the video card from the hardware manufacturer's main site, it made all the difference. The screen is much clearer and brighter now. I guess it got something to do with the difference of the free one to the paid version of this software. .
