Slow alt tab and slow ctrl alt delete

hello all

im using windows 7 64 bit ultimate and i have a problem...when i press alt tab or ctrl alt del its slow...
can anyone help me??

my pc has
i5 at 3.4
8 gb ram

I think it is due to the flash or steam. Do not allow steam to run automatically while you are not playing the game. May be Flash is making some big changes due to security issues because YouTube and many sites are very dependent on Flash. so uninstall Flash and reinstall the newest version.

i already do this steps nothig happen ..also i tried to remove flash and nothing happen again :/
ok i found what happened.problem caused from my tv tuner at startup..but the problem is tha i need it at my startup because i cant use my controller if it's not there

Contact those responsible for the tv tuner software and see if there is a fix.

Hello, if your pc is slow and the commands are operating very slowly then.. you can install an antivirus and update it..

The OP already found what was slowing the computer down.
