Slow boot, followed by crash and reset. Very slow repair center load

Running Win7x86, and it started getting extremely slow, within 2 days of this it started refusing to load at all.

The system is brand new (ready built from ebuyer), and the only alterations have been a sysfan, spare hdd, spare dvdrw.

When trying to load the boot screens take AGES, often sitting blank black for 2/3 mins. Then it sticks on the windows 7 flag for a few minutes and restarts. Upon restart it defaults to the repair centre, where the "windows is loading files..." bar slllooooowwwwlllyyy drags itself to full over 10 or so minutes.

I've managed a few successful start-up repairs, but to no improvement.

I would rather get this fixed myself than resort to the arduous process of ebuyer returns.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
