Slow Internet

I am having slow internet. I should have 100MB/s speed, and I only expect 1 or 2 MB/s, but i'm getting 120KB/s! This happens in both wired and wireless internet. The wireless connection is shared with a mac, but it is asleep. What should I do?

Nobody has 100MB/s speed. That's OC3 range costing $40K/mo. Connect one computer directly to you internet modem via Ethernet cable. Go here and measure your speed. Speed Test - dslreports.com If you are not satisfied with this speed and it is not what your internet provider has promised you then demand they make it right.

It wasnt taking advantage of the network. I have waited a few hours and now its up to 2MB/s.
