Slow Wireless Internet - Have done everything possible

Hello

I upgraded from vista to Ultimate 32bit

The OS runs fine except the internet speed.

When wired to the modem, the internet speed is fine, but when i connect via wireless the internet speed is soooooooooooo slow.

I have done everything, i mean everything that was posted before on this forum and others through google search.

My wireless lan card is with the latest driver.

What can i do?

THe screenshot is for the wired speed


Then wireless is so~~~ slow that it only shows the ping(=139)
then it is "Preparing Download" for over 5 minutes
