slower and slower

Is it me or is windows 7 getting slower with every set of updates that get put out from Microsoft.
I have two machines that are getting slower, so has anyone else noticed this??

I am current with the updates and do not have a problem. May I suggest that you do a clean boot to find the cause of the problem.
