SM Bus Controller missing???

When I look in device manager the driver for SM Bus Controller is missing and the "update driver" doesn't fix it.

Can someone help me find the correct driver.

My computer info is

System Manufacturer/Model Number dell xps 8300
OS Windows 7 Home Premium x64
CPU i7-2600
Motherboard Unkown
Memory 8 GB
