Small theme edit request?

Can someone please help me how to edit Green Tea theme (GreenTea Theme for Windows 7 by Karina-dos on deviantART) to:
1) put minimize, maximize and close button from this theme (Green Win7 9-19-2011 by PC2012 on deviantART)

2) change taskbar clock to show time and date instead of just time

3) remove these yellow lines

Hi kosamja and welcome to Seven Forums

To change the theme code I believe you may have to ask the designer to recode the theme, and many will if you ask
