Smart Audio Equalizer

I have a weird question, why is when I manually adjust the equilzer... the output is all focused on the right speaker? Its very obvious.. The bass for example is all over on the right side and the left side is faded and barley noticeable... If I have normal settings... its balanced... I put a picture below to explain what I hear...

Is this a bug? Or is this a weird feature..

Don't know anything about Conexant audio, nor about this equalizer... but...

What are those sliders on the right side? Looks like one between what appear to be the two rear speakers, and a second above it, perhaps being between the two front speakers?

Are they volume controls? Or BALANCE controls?

Looks like the lower one, between the rear speakers, is far over towards the left. Often if you have your speakers plugged in "backwards" the left is right and right is left. If this is a "balance" control, and is far over to one side, perhaps that's why your apparent speaker placement is similarly far over to one side... but in the opposite direction.

Anyway, it looks significant to me... those two sliders.
