Sorry that I can't help but there is an obvious answer to prevent anything like this from ever happening again once the problem has been solved.

Use a plug in hard drive with as big a drive as you can afford, and make regular back ups of the computer using a program like ACRONIS, or similar. I use a 1TB plug in drive, and my back ups have saved the day on several occasions.

Hi Lahorean,

Welcome to SevenForums!

Restart your PC. Press and hold down the 'F8' key before you hear the beep sound. Doing such would bring up the Advanced Boot/Startup Options screen. Boot into Safe mode by choosing the option that says "Safe Mode with Networking". Then try to download and install Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from there, and do a full scan (update MBAM first).

Download Hiren's BootCD 11.1 from here. Unzip, and burn the ISO to a blank CD/DVD (must be bootable). Insert the disc and restart your PC. Boot from the CD. Use the antivirus tools one by one until the infection is removed and your PC is clean.

Bootable Rescue Discs are also good alternatives.

Speaking from personal experience, the first time my computer became infected I couldn't connect to the internet. Had to find another computer to download suggested repair tools. First place I tried was a public library but their filters blocked my attempts. Had to wait until I got to work to do the downloads and after all was said and done, I still couldn't fix my machine. Had to reformat and reinstall everything. And there's no gurarantee the virus/spyware was completely removed. Lesson learned.

So to repeat the advice given earlier by andsome, 7 makes it easy to do a system image and it can save a lot of headaches. A lot of people here recommend Macrium Free and one of the forum members made a sweet tutorial (thanks whs.)

In addition to the back up on my 1TB plug in drive, I also save the latest two ACRONIS back ups to my D drive. I believe in more than one option.

Also, the F8 - Safe Mode trick will NOT work unless you log onto a different account. Logging onto your 'normal' account will still have issues as some of the newer malware will put things in registry to block certain things. When doing the F8-Safe Mode trick, you want to log onto an account you have NOT logged onto since the infection, which will give you a chance in resolving the issue.
