After completing a backup image recovery to a different hard drive than before, it seems that most everything is in order, except that I'm no longer able to save a snip with the Snipping Tool. If I select the save icon on the toolbar, or save from the file menu, nothing happens.
I just ran the SFC, but it completed and closed without squawking about anything. Since there are no system restore points available, what else can I do to fix the problem?
