snoop for windows 7

i have used snoop for solaris, is there any free software for win 7, which can let me snoop on LAN traffic.

Snoop? as in packet sniffing? Yep wireshark.

Ken is correct, wireshark works well for this.

i have installed wireshark, it displays 2 interfaces, ehternet and microsoft, but not the wifi interface (wifi is not being used right now). i have no idea what is meant by microsoft interface
