My reply was Decent I went to the link you posted & I read the Comments there & if you would have read them a lot of people are asking for SP1 system files.
I download that theme & looked at the system file folder it had 1 folder so it would not work for 64 bit.
You need system file folder for C:\Windows\System32 & C:\Windows\SysWOW64 for 64 bit to work.
